As a Human Resources Executive, you’re not just supporting the daily operations of the hotel’s HR function – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and guide Team Members and HODs on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives to meet business and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate Team Member engagement, recognition, and Heart of House activities to strengthen Hilton culture.
- Support performance management, Talent Management, succession planning, and Team Member development initiatives.
- Coordinate Learning & Development activities and monitor completion of mandatory training.
- Assist with Team Member relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Support payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, and other HR administration processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Hilton standards and UAE labor legislation.
- Support HR audits, reporting, manpower planning, and implementation of HR action plans.
- Partner with HODs to address people-related challenges and improve Team Member engagement and retention.
- Deputize for the Human Resources Manager when required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous HR coordinator or supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, UAE labor practices, recruitment, Team Member relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and good knowledge of HR systems.
